What items can be returned or exchanged?

  • Items delivered to you in the last 21 days.
  • Tools (Curling Wands, Flat Irons, Hair Dryers) will be accepted if they are in good condition and in their original packaging.
  • If you purchased a bundle or set and want to return a tool in the set, please contact us directly at customercare@langehair.com

What items are not returnable?

  • Hair Care items
  • Some accessories
  • Free items
  • Any item marked as final sale

How should I return my item?

  • Use our automated system or contact us at customercare@langehair.com
  • Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging.
  • If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label, otherwise, please use another shipping box.
  • Follow the step by step instructions provided by our customer service or our automated system to ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

What is a Instant Refund Voucher and how do I use it?

  • When using our automated system to process an eligible return you can be offered an Instant Refund Voucher.
  • The value of the voucher will be the value of the item being returned minus applicable shipping fees.
  • The voucher is a code that you can use just like a gift card in the L’ange checkout gift card field.
  • When we receive your return item and your return is accepted, we will refund you the balance of your voucher, typically to your original payment method. If you do not use the voucher, you will typically receive a refund of the full amount of your return.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

  • If you have a tool that is damaged or defective we suggest that you let us troubleshoot the problem with you first by sending us an email with your issue. You can use our automated system to process a free exchange for the same item.

What if I received the wrong item?

  • You can use our automated system to process a free exchange for the correct item.
  • If your item is a hair care item or part of a bundle or set, please contact us directly at customercare@langehair.com

How do I exchange my item for a different item?

  • Please note that only Tools (Curling Wands, Flat Irons, Hair Dryers) will be accepted if they are in good condition and in their original packaging.
  • Use our automated system and choose “Exchange Item” as the reason for your return. You will receive a shipping label and an Instant Refund Voucher with the value of your return minus any applicable shipping costs to use in the L’ange store. You may use the Instant Voucher towards your purchase of the item you want.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • In most cases you will be given an Instant Refund Voucher that you can use right away in the L’ange store. Your refund will be granted when we receive your return item, process it and approve your return.
  • It is important that you ship the item you wish to return within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
  • Once we receive, process and approve your return you will get your refund typically within 48 hours.
